Privacy Policy

KG48 respects your privacy. Information submitted through an enquiry or Member application form is stored securely in the KG48 CRM so the team can respond to your request.

Member applications

A Member application may include contact details, a profile photo, company, email address and an optional note. Applications are available only to authorised KG48 administrators. If approved, this information is used to create the private Member card. If rejected, the uploaded photo is deleted while the application record may be retained for administration and duplicate-prevention purposes.

Information you choose to provide

KG48 receives the contact details, workspace preferences and message you submit voluntarily, together with the page and time of submission. Telephone-link clicks are counted using page, referral, campaign and general device information only; the caller’s number is not collected and a completed call cannot be confirmed.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries and related activity are retained until they are deleted manually by an authorised KG48 administrator. Member records and booking details are available only through protected administration tools or a member’s revocable private link.

Third-party services

The site links to partner websites, Instagram and Google Maps. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.
